Comprised of six exclusive water front units, this particular job required excessive bulk excavation in sand and rock. The sub-structure of this project comprised over 250 concrete piles including continuous pile walls and piles up to 14 meters deep socket into rock, also using post tension slabs. The units themselves have been finished to the highest standard with every unit taking in the magnificent water views of Blue Bay.
